Chef Alfonso Gonzalez has been cooking for over 25 years, including an 8 year apprenticeship under French Chef Christian Gimeno in Houston, Texas. His work in the Bryan and College Station area includes Executive Chef position at both the College Station Hilton and Christopher's World Grille.
Alfonso is certified as an Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. He is also a member of the Brazos Valley Chefs Association, which awarded him "Chef of the Year" for 2002 and 2007, and "Pastry Chef of the Year" for 2006 and 2007.
