 Ray Jezisek is best known for his work in taking some of the worst buildings in some of Texas's historical districts and turning them into some of the most sought-after properties in the area. For almost two decades, he has been touted as an urban pioneer and has been responsible for many mid and large scale residential and commercial projects and specific revitalization projects in the State. Since 1990, Ray has been involved in many real estate ventures and responsible in the redesigning or converting more than 850,000 square feet of space. He has maintained an impeccable level of customer service and and is most excited about second or third projects from his existing client base. He has always felt that friendships are so much more important than "customers" are and believes that maintaining continued relationships with his clients will continue to generate his referral business. Jezisek has always believed that 90% of his business comes from new clients that has seen his work in a previous project and already has an understanding of his talents and a certain level of confidence of what he and his design firm can do. In 2007 his partner, Joshua Ortiz joined the business as creative director and oversees the day to day operations of their businesses giving Ray more time to spend on design concepts and building his portfolio.

For the past 5 years, the two have jointly purchased,renovated or designed more than 60 projects. They have no plans of slowing down and are continuously looking to purchase new buildings or adding new design projects to their portfolio.

Ray and Joshua Opened The Brazos Valley Decorative Center in 2008 with over 25,000 square feet of high end furniture showroom space and by far is the largest showroom of it's kind between the 3 larger markets of Austin,Dallas or Houston. In 2009 the two won the award for the Mayors Downtown Impact award and in 2010 they were the recipients of the Best Renovation/ Rehabilitation of a commercial building in the State of Texas for their planning and re design of the International Harvester Building located in Downtown Bryan.

Jezisek plans to extend his creative talent to high-end construction projects throughout the country beginning in 2012 due to several of his clients purchasing second homes and asking Ray to come on board as their designer and or to oversee the scope of their projects to insure them that they get the finished result they cant find anywhere else.

Ray says that much of his inspiration comes from his travels and knowledge of design. His ability to see other design projects and picking them apart to reinvent the concept in a better way for specific clients needs and knowing the way they live to fit their lifestyles perfectly.
