Audible Hearing Center has been serving the Brazos Valley for over 40 years. Audible Hearing Center is owned and operated by Joe Crnkovic, A.C.A. We offer a variety of hearing services including comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid repairs, hearing aid batteries, amplified phones, and many other related hearing products. We currently have three hearing aid specialists on staff to help serve you with better hearing.
Did you know that Audible Hearing Center hasn't always been Audible Hearing Center? William and Mildred Crnkovic opened Beltone Hearing Aid service in Bryan in 1963. In 1983 their son Joe Crnkovic became a licensed hearing aid specialist and in 1985 furthered his education and became an audioprosthologist. Joe served on the board of the American Conference of Audioprosthology in 1987. Through the years Beltone served many of hearing impaired successfully, however in 2001, Joe was offered the opportunity to join with Audibel, an American owned company whose goal of patient satisfaction and customer service matches his own objectives and beliefs.
Rather than compromising your life's activities to accommodate your hearing, Audibel's advanced lines of digital hearing instruments offer the right combination of sophistication and affordability to uniquely match your hearing and lifestyle needs.
The precision and flexibility of Audibel's digital hearing instruments allow your hearing professional to accurately tailor your amplification for the best possible match to your hearing profile. And our new Anthemâ„¢ line of hearing instruments offers best-in-class features that make your hearing experience as natural as possible.
In order to determine which instrument is best for you, a complete hearing evaluation is recommended. If hearing instruments are deemed appropriate, your Audibel professional will work closely with you to determine the size and type that is best suited for your hearing requirements.
Receiver-In-Canal (RIC) Receiver-In-Canal (RIC) devices are designed to widen the distance between microphone and receiver, thereby lessening feedback. But only the RIC comes with best-in-class WhistleFree Feedback Cancellation, the industry's top-rated feedback canceller.
Receiver-In-Canal Power Solution The Receiver-In-Canal Power Solution provides the power you need with the sophisticated, discreet look of a RIC. The Power Solution is a receiver-in-canal device attached to a small earmold that fits completely in the ear canal.
Behind-The-Ear (BTE) Behind-The-Ear (BTE) hearing instruments are the largest models. They can house a variety of circuit options and amplify sounds to a greater degree than most custom models. BTEs work by sending sound to the ear canal via the earmold and clear plastic tubing, which has been molded to fit comfortably in the outer ear area.
Completely-In-Canal (CIC) Completely-In-Canal (CIC) instruments are the smallest and most discreet instruments available. CICs are custom designed to fit entirely in the ear canal, improving sound quality and reducing feedback. CICs are popular for their aesthetic appeal, but the physiology of some people's ears may make the style unsuitable for them.
In-The-Canal (ITC) In-The-Canal (ITC) instruments are custom designed to fit in the ear canal. ITCs are discreet, yet still slightly visible within the outer ear. ITC instruments offer a variety of circuit choices that would have previously required a larger instrument.
In-The-Ear (ITE) In-The-Ear (ITE) instruments house a variety of circuit options in a custom-made shell that fits in the outer portion of the ear. Their size and easy-to-use controls may be helpful for people with limited dexterity.
